Soft House Washing
Soft house washing is the process in which no harsh or damaging pressure is used on your home's siding. Instead, a safe and low pressure application of solution is used and allowed to dwell for a few minutes killing any mold, mildew, algae, and lichen. This process also loosens up any remaining dirt, dust, and pollen allowing for the siding to be rinsed with low pressure, giving your siding a safe, effective, and longer lasting cleaning!
Included in our standard house wash: Gutter exteriors, fascia, trim, soffits, siding, foundation, and covered porches. Screen porch interiors are priced separately.
Vinyl, painted/stained wood, aluminum, stucco, and brick can all be soft washed.

Soft Roof Washing
This process applies a "no-pressure" solution to your asphalt shingle or metal roof, killing any mold, mildew, black/green algae, moss, and lichen. In cases of heavy moss or lichen, some light brushing may be necessary to loosen up. This is the process is recommended by roof manufacturers. They also advise against using any significant pressure on roofs, as it can cause damage and premature wear to the shingles, voiding any potential warranty.

Surface/Concrete Cleaning
Surface cleaning is the process of cleaning concrete, stone, asphalt, sidewalks, paver patios, or any masonry flatwork. We use the correct chemicals and dilutions for the application, the correct pressure for the surface, and also hot water if necessary! A combination of different tools and tactics are sometimes necessary, such as a variety of different pressure tips, spinning tips, or a large rotary surface cleaner for bigger areas. We use all of these tools in combination with proper technique and skill, not causing any markings or damage to your surfaces!

Our gutter interior cleaning includes removal of all debris and checking elbows and downspouts for proper flow. We always recommend cleaning gutter interiors when getting a soft house wash, in order to give you the longest life out of your wash.
